Good morning! In today's newsletter, I'll dive deep into why your most persistent limiting beliefs aren't just stuck in your head, but electromagnetically stored in your biofield and broadcasting to every investor, team member, and potential partner you meet. I'll show you the science behind how these invisible patterns sabotage your success, plus give you practical protocols to consciously reshape the energetic signature that's either opening doors or keeping them closed.

💡 This is the continuation flow of consciousness about Energy and Mindset. If you missed the first article on The Energetic Prison, here’s the link.
It took me decades in studying everything I could put my hands on around the topics of neuroscience, physics and biology to finally connect the dots. The moment I realized how my energy field was broadcasting my limitations to everyone around me, everything changed. And in this last article about energy, I want to talk about the single most important thing we can work on to change the way we are and thus the events we become part of.
Let me start with a brief personal story about this: I was in a meeting with potential investors, presenting what I knew was a solid business case. The numbers were strong, the market opportunity was clear, and I'd rehearsed every possible question. But something felt off. I could sense their polite disengagement, the subtle shift in body language that said "thanks, but no thanks" before I'd even finished speaking.
Later, a mentor pulled me aside. "Your presentation was technically perfect," he said, "but you were radiating uncertainty the entire time. It was like you were asking them not to believe in you."
It took me years to process this feedback, I can’t lie. For so long, I thought I was nailing it, but my energy field was basically broadcasting "please don't invest in me" on a frequency I didn't even know existed. And the truth was, underneath all my hard work, I was carrying a deep belief that I wasn't worthy of success, a belief that wasn't just in my mind, but encoded in the electromagnetic signature I was unconsciously transmitting.
In our previous article, we explored how limiting beliefs aren't just mental constructs, but energetic patterns stored throughout our entire (biological) system. Today, we're diving deeper into the science of exactly how and where these patterns are stored, and more importantly, how they broadcast outward to influence every relationship and opportunity in your business.
This is the hidden reality that most founders never address: your biofield is constantly broadcasting the sum total of your beliefs, traumas, and energetic patterns. Ancient healers could read this invisible architecture directly. Now, modern science can measure it. But here's what changes everything: you can learn to consciously reshape it.

Believe it or not, scientists have now developed machines that can pick up your aura signals!
The Science of Your Personal Broadcasting System
Your body generates measurable electromagnetic fields through every cellular process, every heartbeat, every neural firing. This isn't mystical, it's physics. But what most people don't realize is that these fields don't just carry biological information. They store the energetic imprints of every significant experience you've ever had.
Here's what blew my mind when I first learned about this: Dr. Michael Levin's groundbreaking research at Tufts University shows that bioelectric fields control far more than we ever imagined. His experiments demonstrate that these fields store morphological information, literally the blueprints for how organisms should develop and function. When he alters the bioelectric patterns in planaria (flatworms), they grow two heads and maintain that pattern even after the field intervention stops. Remarkably, their research has shown that just one brief treatment is enough to make regenerating planaria continue to produce two-headed worms in subsequent rounds of regeneration, without any further manipulations. (You can watch Michael’s TED talk where he summarizes his work on this very same topic)
Think about what this means for a second.
Information is being stored in electromagnetic patterns that persist independently of the physical structure.
If this happens with basic biological development, what about the energetic patterns created by that time your 4th-grade teacher humiliated you in front of the class? Or the moment you decided you weren't "smart enough" to belong in certain rooms?
As we’ve covered in previous articles, HeartMath research has shown that the heart's electromagnetic field extends 8-12 feet beyond the body and can be measured by magnetometers. When you're in a coherent emotional state, this field becomes organized and coherent. When you're stressed, anxious, or operating from limiting beliefs, the field becomes chaotic and incoherent.
But here's the part that changes everything: other people unconsciously detect these field states. We're all walking around as electromagnetic transmitters and receivers, constantly broadcasting and picking up information about each other's internal states. This is why some people immediately put you at ease while others make you feel anxious for no apparent reason. It's also why investors, team members, and potential partners seem to "just know" whether to trust you, regardless of what you're saying.

Where Your Stories Live in Your Field
The biofield isn't just carrying information about your current state; it's storing patterns from your entire history. Every trauma that wasn't fully processed, every limiting belief that got embedded in childhood, every moment of shame or unworthiness creates an energetic imprint that continues to influence your field coherence.
This helps explain why traditional therapy often hits walls with deeply embedded patterns. You can understand your limiting beliefs intellectually, but if they're creating interference in your biofield, they'll continue to influence your energetic signature and how others respond to you. (We discussed how to release these traumas and their related trapped energies in your body, here.)
Research on quantum biology reveals that living systems maintain quantum coherence—the capacity to be in the same “vibrational” state as the surrounding cells/organs—at much larger scales than previously thought possible. What this means in practical terms is that your body functions as a quantum information processing system. When trauma or limiting beliefs become embedded, they don't just affect your thoughts; they create quantum interference patterns that disrupt the coherent functioning of your entire biofield.
My latest immersion on this topic brought me to learn about The Emotion Code, a system and healing method popularized by Dr Bradley Nelson, that quickly allows you to identify trapped emotions in your fascia and then unleash them with the use of magnetic instruments and a form of meditation. Thousands of people have benefited from this non-invasive protocol, and it’s incredible how confirming it is with the rising understanding of biofields, quantum coherence and the more ancient wisdom of the energy systems—such as the Chakra system and QiGong.
This is why you can walk into a room and immediately sense tension from an argument that happened hours earlier. The electromagnetic residue is still there, stored in the quantum field of the space and the people in it.
The Neurodivergent Edge: Sensitivity as Strategy
In our previous article, we shared that 73% of startup founders identify as neurodivergent. That’s not just a fun fact. It’s a serious pattern worth understanding. Being neurodivergent often means processing the world differently. For many of us, that includes a heightened sensitivity to signals—both obvious and subtle.
Science backs this up. People with ADHD, for example, tend to show different brainwave patterns: more slow-wave activity (theta) and less fast-wave (beta), especially when compared to the neurotypical brain. In plain terms, our brains are wired to operate in different rhythms. That can make it harder to focus in a traditional environment, but it can also give us an edge when it comes to intuition, pattern recognition, and picking up on things others might miss.
Some people call it “attention deficit disorder.” Others might call it “open-channel awareness.” The truth is, many founders I know feel what’s going on in a room before a single word is spoken. You can walk into a pitch meeting and sense the alignment (or misalignment) without anyone saying no. That’s not magic—it’s sensitivity. And it’s trainable.
Here’s an example. As anyone who has had to hire multiple roles fast while scaling the startup, smelling people became more of a necessity than a stupid biased approach. I always had a good sense to know whether people to hire were aligned or not to our vision and culture. I never believed in hire fast, fire faster. I rather preferred to take a little more time to hire the right one than feel obliged to fire them right after. In my opinion, this is a huge inefficiency in the startup world. Anyhow, the few times that I let my logic win instead of trusting my instinct, I always—literally—had to let go of that person before the first month of trial. My gut knew before my brain did.
Learning to work with this kind of sensitivity—rather than suppressing or doubting it—is one of the most underrated advantages neurodivergent founders can develop. It’s not about being “woo.” It’s about understanding how your system processes information, and learning to trust the data that doesn’t show up on a spreadsheet.
Environmental Electromagnetic Hijacking
Understanding your biofield also means recognizing how environmental factors constantly influence your energetic state. The modern electromagnetic environment is unlike anything humans have evolved with, and it's having measurable effects on our biofield coherence.
Studies on EMF exposure show that artificial electromagnetic fields from WiFi, cell phones, and electronic devices can disrupt natural cellular communication and alter brainwave patterns. For those of us who are neurodivergent and already more sensitive to electromagnetic information, this pollution can be particularly disruptive.

I learned this the hard way when I used to work in an indoor office space, with very low-quality ventilation and full of electronic devices around me. Every single day I was working there my head was exploding at the end of the day, my sleep quality tanked, my focus scattered, and I started experiencing that familiar brain fog I thought I'd left behind with my gluten-free transformation. It took me a while to connect the dots, the constant EMF exposure was literally scrambling my biofield coherence. (Below a very simple and graphic explanation of resonance and how different “vibrations” affect the physical environment around all of us.)
But it's not just artificial EMFs. The emotional and energetic states of people around you also influence your biofield. Spending time with someone who's operating from fear, scarcity, or limiting beliefs can entrain your field to similar patterns, especially if you don't have conscious awareness and protection practices. The saying “You are the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with” comes exactly from this knowledge.
We are a byproduct of habits and habits are, also, created by our constant interaction with certain biofields around us.
This is why location and environment matter so much for high-performance work. It's not just about reducing distractions; it's about creating electromagnetic coherence that supports your optimal functioning. Many successful entrepreneurs instinctively understand this, which is why they invest in specific spaces, surround themselves with particular people, or seek out natural environments for important decisions.

A clear example is Japanese research on forest bathing showing measurable changes in biomarkers and neural activity from spending time in natural environments. But the mechanism isn't just psychological; natural environments have their own electromagnetic signatures that can help restore coherence to our biofields.
I do my most important strategic thinking during scheduled and unscheduled times in nature. Something about those ancient electromagnetic patterns seems to sync my field into a state where solutions appear effortlessly. It's like the trees are providing a natural EMF shield while broadcasting coherence patterns that organize my scattered thoughts.
💡 Environmental Biofield Optimization
This week, start tracking the correlation between your energy levels and your electromagnetic environment:
EMF Audit: Notice how your energy changes in different technological environments—your home office versus a co-working space, airplane travel, hotels with multiple WiFi networks.
NOTE: you don’t have to revolutionize every space you spend time in right away. Start noticing first! You’ll then naturally move into healthier environments as your autonomous nervous system is allowed to speak out loud.
Natural Reset Protocol: Spend at least 30 minutes daily in natural environments without devices. Track how this affects your mental clarity and decision-making quality.
Space Energy Assessment: Pay attention to how different spaces affect your field—which rooms make you feel expanded versus contracted, which meeting spaces enhance versus drain your energy.
The 2-Hour Rule: Notice how your energy state changes exactly 2 hours after significant electromagnetic exposures—whether from intense video calls, technology use, or challenging conversations. This is often when delayed biofield effects become apparent.
Pro-Level Insight: I track my HRV (Heart Rate Variability) as a biofield coherence indicator. On days when it's low, I know my electromagnetic system is dealing with interference—whether from poor sleep, EMF exposure, or unprocessed emotional material. You can use a Oura ring or Whoop device, but you can also learn how to perceive it by conscious awareness exercises. You won’t get a graph on your phone, but your gut and brain confirming a lower or higher level of stress in your body.
Technology Integration for Field Awareness
Modern biofeedback technology can help you develop conscious awareness of your biofield states. Heart Rate Variability (HRV) devices measure the coherence between your heart rhythm, breathing, and nervous system—a direct indicator of biofield coherence.
Studies show that people can learn to consciously influence their HRV through breathing techniques, emotional regulation, and mindfulness practices. As you develop this skill, you're essentially learning to consciously modulate your biofield.
Apps like HeartMath's Inner Balance or Muse headbands can provide real-time feedback on your coherence states, helping you identify which thoughts, emotions, or practices enhance versus disrupt your field. This creates a feedback loop that accelerates your ability to recognize and modify energetic patterns.
You can learn how to use HRV devices like a biofield GPS; it tells us when we’re energetically lost and helps navigate back to coherence. During stressful negotiations or difficult conversations, I can literally watch my coherence score in real-time and adjust my breathing to maintain field stability.
The Business Impact of Field Awareness
Understanding biofield dynamics changes how you approach every aspect of leadership and business development. You begin to recognize that your electromagnetic signature is constantly influencing team dynamics, investor relationships, and strategic outcomes.
Before important meetings or decisions, you can consciously regulate your biofield through breathing, movement, or meditation practices. Instead of just preparing what you're going to say, you prepare the energetic field you're going to bring.
I now spend the first 10 minutes before any crucial conversation doing coherence breathing—not because I'm nervous, but because I want my biofield broadcasting confidence and clarity rather than any unconscious limitation patterns. The difference in how people respond is remarkable.
You start paying attention to the collective biofield of your team or organization. High-performing teams often develop synchronized electromagnetic patterns—what researchers call "collective coherence." You can actively facilitate this through team practices that enhance individual and group field coherence.
Your decision-making process incorporates both analytical thinking and biofield sensing. You learn to feel when an opportunity is energetically aligned versus when it creates field disruption, giving you access to information that purely rational analysis might miss. It’s not easy at first, I admit, but the more you practice, the more you build a habit. And the more you build the habit, the more you believe it works, hence making the exercise more and more effective. We talked about how we are a product of habits here.
Beyond Individual Optimization
Perhaps most importantly, you begin to understand that you're not just managing your individual biofield; you're participating in larger collective fields that influence everything from team dynamics to market opportunities.
This understanding reveals why some teams seem to effortlessly achieve breakthrough results while others struggle despite having similar talent and resources. It's not just about individual skills; it's about the collective electromagnetic field the team creates together.
Your journey from limiting beliefs to energetic freedom isn't just personal development. It's contributing to a larger shift in consciousness happening across the entrepreneurial ecosystem. But this understanding of biofield dynamics is just the beginning. Your electromagnetic field is actually the interface between your individual consciousness and a vast interconnected field of intelligence that extends far beyond your physical body.
When you truly grasp that you're not limited to the boundaries of your biology—that you're a non-local consciousness temporarily focused through biological form—everything changes. Your potential isn't constrained by your past programming. Your influence isn't limited by your physical presence. And your intelligence? It's not confined to your individual brain as they made you believe since elementary school!
